I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Washington Redskins will never win another Super Bowl until Dan Snyder is no longer associated in any way with the franchise. The Napoleon of the NFL has struck again and we Redskins fans will continue to pay for his flights of hubris.
I once had the opportunity to meet Dan Snyder in person. I hope I never do again because I might do something I'd regret.

Wow. Snyder has this bad
Wow. Snyder has this bad habit of wanting to be the guy that made "the big move". It is as if he just cant stop interfering in operations. He is not a football guy, and is not even a successful magazine guy. The only thing snyder has going is that he is tenacious, relentless, and totally committed. I just wish he would realize that he is not in any way shape or form qualified to make decisions about football.
Greg Williams was the natural choice to become the head coach. He would have been a great selection. I am very disappointed that he was frozen out of the job and snubbed so publicly right from the start. Williams will go on to be a great coach (he was already pretty damn good in buffalo). We all know that Williams defense was the major contributor to any success the redskins have had under Gibbs. I guess he will go to St. Louis and do very well. And Snyder will look for some miracle candidate that he picked (bad flashback to spurrier), and the redskins are back at square one.

When will snyder learn?
Since Gibbs came back,we have had 2 playoff appearences in 3 years,the guy obviously knows what he is doing.Why does Snyder ignore Gibbs when he tells him how important consistancy is?This is not rocket science Snyder!Take a freakin valume and calm down! You want results?Quit firing people! Let the players get used to one system.
